We do not provide refunds in cash.
When you can request a replacement
Manufacturing defects or wrong size

Request your replacement shipment within 30 days of receiving your order.
Transport damage

Report visible damage to the product or packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your case and issue a replacement code or confirmation.

The replacement shipment is free of charge – you will not pay shipping again.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Within the 30-day guarantee period, we will send you the correct size at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Do I need to send back the faulty item?
In most cases, no. If a return is required for quality or customs reasons, we will give you clear instructions.
What happens if my order is delayed?
We will check the tracking information and the carrier status.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost or excessively delayed, we will arrange a free replacement shipment.
Product images & colour variations
Our product photos are illustrative/representative. We aim for a faithful presentation, but slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to studio/ambient lighting and individual screen settings.
Usual manufacturing tolerances (e.g. small measurement differences within the acceptable range, position of seams or buttons) may occur without affecting the quality or function of the garment.
Significant deviations – differences that materially change the model, main colour or function – are considered non-conformities and are covered by our remedy policy:

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer law in the UK/EU and does not limit your statutory rights.
In cases of lack of conformity/defect, consumers are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
A price reduction or refund only becomes relevant where repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate under the applicable law.
