How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within up to 5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 10–15 business days. In rare cases (customs delays, peak seasons), delivery may take up to 25 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when active.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. For international shipments, tracking events may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days — is that normal?
For international shipments, tracking updates can occasionally pause for a few days while your parcel moves between carriers or clears customs. If tracking has shown no movement for more than 10 days, contact us at roycebelmont@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
What is your returns policy?
Our standard resolution is a free replacement shipment. We do not offer cash refunds. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at roycebelmont@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the product, and a photo of the outer packaging. We will resolve it promptly.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Within the 30-day guarantee period, we will send you the correct size free of charge, subject to stock availability. In most cases you do not need to return the original item.
Do I have to return the faulty item?
In most cases, no. If a return is required for quality control or customs reasons, we will provide clear instructions and cover any associated costs.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. As a general rule, our pieces are true to size with a relaxed, modern fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for outerwear and knitwear, and staying true to size for shirts and polos.
Are your product colours exactly as shown?
We aim for accurate representation, but slight variations in colour and texture can occur due to screen settings and studio lighting. Significant deviations from the product shown are covered by our replacement policy.
