How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within up to 5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 10–15 business days. In exceptional cases (customs delays, peak seasons) delivery may take up to 25 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
What is your returns policy?
Our standard solution is a free replacement shipment. If your item arrives with a defect or is the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. For international shipments, tracking events may take 24–48 hours to appear. Visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
